Key Duties and Responsibilities |
· Supervise the Firefighters · Conduct risk assessment to identify any risk associated to the job/ activity · Organize periodical training sessions for Firefighters and other employees · Organize intervention when there is an incident or the start of a fire · Liaise with the city’s firefighters in case of fire or incident requiring their intervention · Ensure that all firefighting equipment are always ready for intervention. · Report any fire incident. · Perform other tasks as assigned by the HSE Manager. |
Education and Work Experience |
· Bachelor’s Degree in HSE; Professional Qualification in Fire System · Minimum of six (6) years relevant experience, Bilingual. |
Skills and Behaviours |
· In-depth understanding of the cement manufacturing industry trends, challenges, opportunities, regulations, legislation etc. · In-depth knowledge of local and DCC approved HSE policies · Sound oral and written communication skills · Good organisation and project management skills · Good leadership and relationship management skills · Strong problem-solving skills · Ability to take initiative and act proactively · Working knowledge of ERP or other planning applications · Proven supervisory skills. |
