Job Responsibilities
§ Coordinate the maintenance of all plant heavy equipment to ensure identification and elimination of equipment breakdowns.
§ Coordinate the maintenance of light motors vehicles to ensure identification and elimination of equipment breakdowns.
§ Plan and organize the activities of the maintenance team
§ In connection with the HEMM manager, participate in the planning of the preventive maintenance of heavy equipment
§ Monitor, control and carry out preventive maintenance plans for all equipment
§ Monitor and perform routine check and inspection on heavy equipment equipment for proper performance to detect faults and malfunctions
§ Test repaired raising equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers' specifications.
§ Follow and check the exit of the parts and lubricants of the workshop
§ Ensure technicians wear appropriate safety gears during maintenance operations
§ Ensure all technicians of the team are working in accordance with standard maintenance guidelines of the equipment.
Make daily reports on the work done. Report to the HEMM Manager on all detected anomalies.
Educational Qualification: A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
Desired Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ plant operations.
